Penthouse Studio

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 15th September 2025 to the 30th August 2025 (49 week contract). I am no longer in need of this Penthouse Studio in the highly popular building of Beckley Point located in the heart of Plymouth just a 5 minute walk from various supermarkets and across the road from the University itself. Covering 17.5sqm, this studio is perfect for any students living solo or a couple, possessing a kitchenette, double bed and en-suite bathroom alongside a great amount of storage space. The building itself offers great amenities including a sky lounge on the top floor, cinema room, gaming room/laundrette, multiple study spaces, lovely staff and a brilliant atmosphere. The studio is situated on the 20th floor with incredible views and one of only 4 studios on this floor offering a good amount of privacy. Studios all get booked up really quickly so this is the only one left available this high up. I have stayed in beckley point for the past year and can’t praise it enough, however my personal circumstances this year mean I am unable to carry out this tenancy.
