Double room in 8 bed shared house

Im in need of someone to take over my tenancy in PL4 8JT.
•Two minute walk from University of Plymouth.

•125/week
•washer/dryer included in utility room
•shared bathroom with two girls
•spacious room with double bed and desk
•small garden
•parking available but limited at back of the house, on road options available around property
•Five minute walk into town
The 8 bed house currently houses one boy and six girls (subject to change), they’re all very welcoming and lovely. We have two pets in the property, a Hamster and a gecko. Both of which are in their own cages and can be moved from communal areas should needs be.
There’s a big living room and kitchen area and a small shop in front of the house. We are open to any student who is comfortable with living with small pets. We often go out socialising however, if this is not up your street we try to make as little noise as possible.
I have paid the deposit however would like to be reimbursed on this when the time comes.
