Large king size room in lovely maisonette

I am looking to find a female lodger to share my lovely victorian maisonette with from the end of January

I will be working away at the end of January, meaning you will have the house to yourself during the week. I will be home for the occasional long weekend Friday to Tuesday, where I will be working from home at my desk in the living room. My partner will come with me on occasions so you must be okay with a male in the house.

The room is very large, light and airy with a king size bed and lots of storage space for your personal items. I will be rearranging the room if you would like to make space for a small living area (sofa, etc) so you have some privacy. It is currently set up as pictured as I am living in this room.

The kitchen has a washing machine, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a small toilet off the kitchen. There will be some cupboard space provided for your personal pots and crockery. There is no tumble dryer but i have a heated airer and a very effective dehumidifier for drying laundry.

There is a shared back garden with the flat down below. It is currently a work in progress, but its such a sun trap. There is garage space to store items such as a surfboard or bike. The garden is secure.

The neighbourhood is near Devonport park in the Stoke area of Plymouth. All the neighbours are mostly elderly and are lovely. There is always on road parking off the main road.

Id like someone to feel relaxed and at home here- hoping we could occasionally socialise if this is something you would like 😊 I would be content for you to have a friend or partner staying occasionally with negotiation. I would expect the person to do their fair share of cleaning, as I will not be here the majority of the time. I am very clean and would expect this to be reciprocated.
