Looking for the right people to move into our wonderful home where we have two rooms available for renting. At the moment it's me and my partner Tom, with our current tenant who is moving soon. I'm 29 and Tom is 33. We like food (a lot), music, art, movies and days out - the beach in particular. We enjoy living here and we hope you will too.

Amenities in the kitchen is a gas hob, oven, fridge, microwave, breakfast table and bar chairs. This is a shared space and storage/ cupboards for everyone.
Shared bathroom has toilet, sink, shower, mirror and heated towel rail.
The living room is spacious with reclining sofas and 50 inch TV and many book shelves to fill.
We have a terrace between the middle and top floor. There is an outside washing line to use in nice weather!
The whole place features high ceilings, plants and framed artwork, all connected by a lovely hallway space.
There is one parking permit available for the next person that moves in. With plenty of on-street parking outside.
We also have a garage which is great if you need anything stored.
For both rooms, monthly rent includes all bills.

Double room :
This room is on the uppermost floor with a bathroom next door. It's a really spacious bedroom with skylights and sloping ceilings.
Available from 01/12/2025.
If a couple were to move into this room, it would be an additional £225 pcm.

Single room :
On the middle floor, this room is a single bed and has chest of drawers, table and chairs and a freestanding clothing rail. There is also space for underbed storage.
