It's a 3 bed apartment ( I live with 2 other very clean and quiet girls! ) I'm in a lovely cosy room at 49a Durham avenue. This is a 15 minute walk to City centre and the uni (so you are never late aha). For anyone with a car, free parking outside.
All the bills are included!! (City lets also have the highest contribution for bills, so it's one less thing to worry about! ) At only £135 a week (I pay £568 a month) which is one of the cheapest accommodation in Plymouth. It is with Citylets and their service is top notch!
I've had zero issues with this flat and honestly it's been the best flat I've had here but sadly due to personal reasons I'm having to go back home so this flat would be ready to move into asap!
What's good about this flat also is that it's open to not just students!? Professionals can also live here too!
