Lovely spacious double room in heart of Plymouth

Currently looking for a replacement tenant for my large double room in a 5 bed household in Mutley, Plymouth. I've gotten a job outside of Plymouth so will need to move out ASAP. The other tenants are my sister (professional), her boyfriend, and two of his friends (all 3 of the guys are students).

The tenancy lasts until July 2026, with the option to sign on again next year if you'd like.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe and sink, and has a large bay window. There is a shower room and separate toilet downstairs, which you would share with one other flatmate (male). We have a shared living room and kitchen, with a dining table.

Rent is 612.78, all bills included except for council tax (not applicable to students), of £75.36 per month, so £688.14 PCM total.
