Hello, I'm looking someone to take over my tenancy from 1st Jan, 2026 until 30th Aug, 2026. I'm quiting this course and moving back to my city so I'm no longer in need of this deluxe studio in the popular building of beckley point just across the road from University of Plymouth main campus and 5 mins walk from city centre.
This Deluxe Studio on 15th Floor is 30sqm with university view at one side also city and sea views on the other sides of room, perfect for anyone living solo or a couple, possessing a kitchenette, double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Kitchenette contains room sized fridge/freezer, induction hob, and an oven and storage units.
Room contains double bed, large size study table/chair and a wardrobe.
This building itself has a sky lounge on 21st floor with a stunning sea and city views, cinema room, gaming room and a common room with some indoor games, multiple study spaces, lovely staff and brilliant atmosphere.
This studio on 15th floor is situated at the end of the corridor offering great amount of privacy.
There are limited number of these deluxe studios in this building which got booked really quickly.
