Beautiful Double Room Available from March or Feb.

A bright and beautiful double room will be available from March or February, as I’ll be moving to another flat with a classmate/friend. I’m looking for someone to take over the room in this lovely home!

The house is truly special, with a calm seaside-inspired decoration throughout. It features a huge, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful backyard with plants, and extremely comfortable sofas both downstairs and upstairs. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the location is excellent, very close to supermarkets and just a short walk from the sea, which is perfect for outdoor sports and an active lifestyle.

The two rooms of the second floor have been used exclusively by me (or it would be used just for the new person living in the second floor), except for the large, plenty of space and beautiful shared bathroom.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a big window, and the other is a separate room with a sofa that has been used as an office, relaxation space, yoga area, or simply a private chill-out zone. There is also plenty of storage space for suitcases and personal items. This entire upstairs area would be completely available to the new person :)

The other housemate is a calm and peaceful girl who keeps the kitchen (the main shared space) very well organised. She mainly spends time in her own room when she's in the house, so even the common areas are usually very quiet to use.
The downstairs sofa and common areas are always available as well.
