Ideal for couple or single person

Hello,

I currently have the master bedroom available in the house that is ideal for a couple or for 1 other. Bills and utilities are included in the rent which is due on the 20th of every month so I ask for contributions to be paid to me on the 19th, and the housing deposit is the same as 1 month of rent.

Large master bedroom with plenty of space for either one person or a couple, 1 shower room with toilet and sink, kitchen with adjoining living room, utilities room with a washing machine but no dryer, conservatory, small back garden area and road parking.

I work while I am on the road often so there will be periods where I am absent, I am a pretty relaxed guy and while I am home spend most time watching shows/gaming or bouldering.
