About me / household:

I work full-time and leave around 5.30am during the week. Evenings are usually spent at the gym or boxing training, so the house is generally quiet on weekdays. My partner stays over on Friday evenings, and my two children (aged 4 and 9) stay with me on Saturday evenings, so the house is a little busier at weekends. I attend church on Sundays from 4.30–8.30pm. I’m easy-going, respectful of others’ space, and enjoy meeting new people.

Who I’m looking for:

I’m seeking a tidy, considerate housemate who will treat the home with care. This is an alcohol-free household, so it would suit someone who is comfortable with that.

Rent & terms:

• £550 per month
• £250 deposit
• Available from 1 February 2026
• Open to full-week tenancies or Monday–Friday only, depending on your preference.
