It’s right in the middle of Central Park / Near Mutley Plain for students / City centre for shops and Uni / Dartmoor for other miscellaneous endouvers.

Currently in the house on my own. My 3 year old son comes over every other weekend for two nights. But never any trouble and we are out most of the time. If he is a problem I can him put up for adoption if it’s an issue.

I’m an accountant work in the city centre. Work from home depending on the weather and whether I have the energy to deal with people. I’m easy going. Will have a cleaner in once a month.

Don’t mind big dogs…ish. Dog singular. None of those little devil dogs.

Probably would prefer a mature roommate.
