The room will be available from 22/02/2026, and the contract runs until 28/08/2026. Availability of the room can be discussed, as I can move out earlier if needed.

This is a student-only tenancy. I am an international student and need to return to my home country urgently, so I am looking for a replacement tenant as soon as possible.
