A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent will secure the room for 14 days. The chosen room will be taken off the market during this time. The holding deposit will be used towards first month rent.

References to establish suitability (affordability, credit scoring, previous rental history) will be carried out.

The security deposit of £200.00 will be held with My Deposits and is refundable when the tenant moves out (depending on the condition of the room and rent being paid up to date).
