Double room with option to rent an office space

Hi, my name is Hannah and I share my house with Anju, who is a health care professional and Iris my one-eyed Romanian, cuddly, friendly cat.
The room for rent is a lovely light, double bedroom with the option to rent another small double room to use as an office space or living room - I can furnish the space accordingly - photos on demand. £150 a month extra.
There are 2 bathrooms, outside space, a big shared kitchen and use of a yoga/meditation room.
The house is very centrally located with easy access to the uni and the centre of town, 2 parks and a Coop.
We are sociable but also quit quiet. It's a peaceful house which we both help to keep clean. There is plenty of food storage space and washing machine.
I sometimes have friends over for shared meals and also host a fortnightly mediation group. You are welcome to make use of the shared spaces for friends to visit.
