The rent is £200 per week and the deposit is £200. Bills are included, but council tax is not included.
This would be suitable for students or postgraduates.
The property is managed by Citylets Plymouth, so any replacement tenant must be approved by the agent, complete the paperwork through them, and pay the required deposit through the proper process. I will not take any rent or deposit directly.
