Single room in a house on quiet street with on street parking and easy access to bus routes into city centre (2 miles) and out to Derriford Hospital (2.7 miles). Located in a safe, pleasant, desirable residential area.

Room is furnished with single bed, bedside table, sink and fitted wardrobes (adapted so there is a desk). Use of shared newly fitted bathroom, living rooms, kitchen, garden. All bills included - fast broadband, gas, electric, Netflix etc.

Seeking professional tenant or postgraduate / mature student on a Mon to Fri basis with occasional weekends considered for an extra fee. Would also consider a nightly rate for anyone wanting 2 nights a week or less. Preferably seeking female lodger to share with me - homeowner, professional working in arts and culture.
