Looking for a quiet, respectful home with friendly housemates? This lovely bright, large, furnished double room is ideal for a couple looking for a comfortable long-term home.

The previous couple stayed for 5 years while saving for their own house, and we’re looking for similarly easygoing, considerate tenants to join the household.

The house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (both with baths and showers), fast Wi-Fi, ample on-street parking, and a sunny south-facing patio — perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.

All bills are included, including council tax, and the deposit is just £300.

Please note: there is already a cat in the house, so unfortunately we can’t accept additional pets unless it’s a reptile or small rodent that will remain in the room.
