Currently there is also a piano but this could be removed to provide more space.
Kitchen - newly refurbished, fully kitted out kitchen, with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.
Bathroom- newly refurbished shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Towels can be provided if required.
Utility room - washing machine and dryer.
There is off road parking.
The property is conveniently located on a main road with an excellent bus service. The City Centre and University are a 35 minute walk away or 10 minutes by car/bus. In the opposite direction, Derriford hospital and the College of St Mark and St John are a 10 minute drive or bus journey. The Dockyard is a 10 - 20 minute drive away depending on the traffic and time of day.
Ideally we are looking for a Monday to Friday tenant but there is a degree of flexibility with this. £950/month would be for Monday to Friday. A full week would be £1,200/month. These rates include all bills including WIFI.
In addition there would be a monthly £50 cleaning fee.
The property is available until the end of the year or maybe longer for the right tenant.
