Located in a quiet cul de sac with on street parking ( No permit needed) 20 metres from bus stop and co op store. Walking distance to city centre in about 20 minutes.
The room is located on the first floor at the back of the house. So it is quiet. In fact the whole house is quiet, we have visited at various times of the day weekday and weekend and never heard any noise at all
The other housemates are all working professionals, with differing work schedules
The separate lounge has a couch and individual seats,
