En-suite double bedroom, kitchen + Living Area

We are a couple looking for a respectful, tidy and easy-going person to join our home in Mannamead. Me and my partner are 26 and 27 and both work full time. This will be available from 1st September.

The accommodation offers a generous private living space within our house. It includes:
- Double bedroom with ensuite
- Comfortable living area
- Small kitchen for day-to-day cooking
- Full access to our home, main kitchen is available if you need more cooking space, and you'll use our washing machine and utility area.

All bills, council tax and Wi-Fi included.

The rooms will come furnished.

We have a French Bulldog, so we're looking for someone who doesn’t mind having dogs around.

We're ideally looking for:
- A single working professional
- Clean, tidy and considerate
- Non-smoker
