En-suite room to sublet- student accommodation

I have a cozy room to sublet in a student accommodation in Alexandra Works. It’s an en-suite with a shared kitchen and living room space. All bills included. Next to a gym and Tesco express as well as short walk to Aldi( 7min) and University of Plymouth (13min).
It’s also very close to bus stops towards Derriford hospital. It also comes with an optional parking space available if needed. The onsite reception stuff is also very friendly and helpful.
I am subletting this room due to personal circumstances after living there for 2 years.
