Hi everyone! I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room at The Old Dairy in Plymouth, as I’ve decided not to attend university this year. I haven’t started University yet, so I haven’t been in this room at all, so it’s just as new!

💷 Total room cost: £6,820 (paid in instalments through Homes for Students, subject to their tenancy terms)

The Old Dairy is in a great, central location within walking distance of both Arts University Plymouth and the University of Plymouth, with bills included and excellent student facilities (labelled on their website)
