It has fresh carpeting and does have curtains (this photo was taken before I moved in). The bedroom is unfurnished itself, however the rest of the flat has furnishings already.

There is a shared toilet, and then sink and bathroom (the bath is a corner bath), kitchen and living room in a 2-bed flat. A small patio area is at the back of the property, as well as space for parking (enough for two cars but this is for the whole building, so a first come first served basis). There are two entrances, the front of the flat and through the living room back door courtyard area. Has gas central heating with energy rating of EPC=D and is Council Tax Band A. It is a ground floor flat located on the Hoe, so a 2-minute walk away from the sea, a 10-minute walk from the centre of town. We have neighbours in the basement, and the two floors above and they are quiet and all very lovely.

There is currently a housemate in now, I am posting the flat as I am moving out and need someone to fill my tenancy spot.

The rent is £975/month for the flat for two people. So with bills then split between two of you, it is £750/month/pp. The bills and council tax are already set up in the current housemates name. More than happy to talk more about this and the move-in date can be slightly flexible if needed.
