Double room shared with one other and two cats

The house is in Lipson, just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Plymouth. It has three bedrooms, with the smallest bedroom used by me for storage while my husband and I travel. You would be sharing with my current tenant, who works from home, but also works away from home for periods of time. The house also comes with my two cats, who are very friendly and love company.

Because this is our family home, we are looking for someone respectful who will take good care of our furnishings and belongings. The house features a lounge, a dining room, a good-sized fully equipped kitchen (complete with a cookbook library!), downstairs loo, bathroom with shower over slipper bath and a pretty patio garden. On street permit parking is available.
