Shared bathroom/ kitchen; and a dedicated lodgers lounge for chilling. This room has additional kettle. Fridge/freezer shared by max 2 lodgers.
Large laundry area in the basement with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of hanging space.

Large kitchen/ living room with wood burning stove. Also central heating in all rooms.
Smoking/vaping Ok if you do it mostly outside in the front or back garden.
Current occupants : recently retired active woman(mostly travelling or out walking my dog….
One 22 year old male graduate.
