Good for those who are looking for somewhere to stay in Plymouth, without committing to a long term contract. If you only need a month that's perfectly fine if you leave the property in perfect condition.

This works well as we can't provide 6 or 12 month guarantees due to long term development potential. Hence low rent.

No parties, no couples, no large pets.

Full size table tennis table available, microwave, air fryer, internet is via hotspot. Otherwise limited other facilities, large parking area, bowling or musical instruments in lounge available if you get on well with other tenant.

Areas like front porch require improvement, hopefully sorted asap.
