Double bedroom available to rent

I am a live in landlord. Looking for a male house mate. I have a 2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen and a small courtyard. Double room can be available furnished or unfurnished. I currently have 2 friendly cats although I am considering re-homing them. I vape inside the house. I would accept a house mate who vapes or smokes but smokers would have to smoke in courtyard outside and not in the house. I won't accept pets, sorry! No couples. Has to be a professional working person or part time student/part time work. . Parking by the property is free however spaces can be limited outside as its on the road parking, however there is always spaces in the area. Close to Stoke village. Chinese and a pub down the road from my house. Bus stop at the bottom of my road with main links to the city and derriford hospital. I work myself and am often out of the house for many hours. I sometimes don't get home until gone 10pm and I am out in the mornings by 8am most week days. I appreciate my own space so having someone tidy, clean and polite is a bonus.
