£600 per month per room, including bills.

Both rooms are unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to furnish them to your own taste.

The house is in a central and convenient location, close to Mutley Plain, local shops, supermarkets, cafés and public transport. It’s particularly convenient for students and anyone wanting easy access to the city centre.

The house has a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom, as well as a raised decking area outside.
