Working housemates or sensible and friendly students wanted to share large 3 bedroom house about 5 mins from Mutley Plain and 10 mins from University and City Centre.

I am ex-Plymouth University now Construction Manager who works away during week. I am from Plymouth so know the area well, enjoy socialising and am easy going.

We have 2 fully furnished double rooms available each with desk, bed, wardrobe, etc and spacious shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

Our house benefits from gas central heating and double glazing and has wireless broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, fitted kitchen and all usual amenities. Rent inclusive of bills including council tax hence Ok working lodgers are fine.
