Rm 3: Very large double aspect room on 1st floor at front of house. Includes desk, chair, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, double bed, mattress and 2 wardrobes. £320 per month inclusive of bills.

Easy walking distance into town and to Mutley plain and has plenty of unrestricted on street parking.

The room is in a large house with large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new boiler, large lounge with TV, stereo, and a large roof terrace. It includes all bills including a communal area cleaner every two weeks and wireless broadband internet connection.

The house currently has 4 guys who get on well and are a mixture of students and professionals. I am looking for a chilled out working person or student, someone clean and friendly who will fit in well with the existing housemates. The house would NOT suit someone who is looking for an OCD clean and tidy environment, but rather a laid back easygoing type. Plenty of storage for bikes/boards etc.
