Welcome to our fantastic house in a perfect, central location for all Plymouth’s amenities. This is a four bedroom house split over three levels. A short walking distance from Drake Circus, the city centre, the Barbican and Mutley, there are also various bus routes nearby and with the main routes to Exeter and surrounding areas 5 minutes from the house, it is great for commuters!

The house is really spacious, and has a large kitchen-diner that opens out into the lounge. There is a utilities area (with sink and washing machine), a basement reception room, and forth bedroom on the lower-ground floor, with a door leading to the partly-covered rear courtyard – a good place to keep bikes, or have a BBQ in the summer!

We currently have a small single room and double room which are £200 & £300 retrospectively on the first floor. The small room is ideal for people with a budget, the room is furnished with a single bed, bed side cabinet, shelving and a cupboard. The double room is large, the room is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinet and large amount of cupboard space. Rent includes water, council tax, TV licence, high-speed unlimited broadband and use of all facilities provided. The house comes fully furnished, and are ready to rent immediately.
