Quiet Large House

Hi, there is a large double room going in a quiet freshly decorated house. The rooms are all very large doubles. There are communal areas; a very large lounge, an extremely large kitchen (cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc) and very large lounge. There is also a quiet room which is a communal small room for people to work or chill in. The following are included bill wise - Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband up to a very generous maximum per month - this has only ever been exceeded once in 5 years!
