One room is available to let in a shared household. It is a great location just off North Hill, 7 minutes walk from the city centre and 2 minutes from Mutley Plain. The house is in a residential street with trees and has residents parking.

The room currently available is £245pcm + bills (about 60 per month) and it is contemporary and cool (as in not sunny). It is a good size (about 8ft by about 12ft) and has a neutral finish with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, and shelving and drawers. It is on the ground floor, along with the kitchen and lounge.
The house as a whole as four single occupancy bedrooms. It has three floors but the top floor is self contained. The ground floor has a modern kitchen with a large utility/storage room and access to the courtyard. There is a shared lounge in the downstairs front room. The main bathroom is on the first floor and is shared between three people. It is large, and has a bath and a separate shower. There is a separate WC. All relevant certification is up-to-date and available to see on request. The energy performance certificate number is 7056. Council tax is Band B, and is shared between housemates. There is constant hot water, gas central heating and cooker, broadband etc.
The current housemates are all likeable and are educated with professional careers. There are currently two males and one female. We are looking for new persons of any kind as long as they are considerate of others. The house is clean and pretty quiet.
