Fun and Homely household needs a new roommate

This house is in a great location it is only a 5 minute walk into Mutley (the student area of Plymouth)and 10 minute walk into the centre of Plymouth and 5 minute walk to Plymouth uni. I had agreed to move into this house in January but due to personal circumstances am no longer able to live there next year. The other occupants are very friendly, tidy and easy going. The room for rent is spacious and bright and comes furnished including a desk and chair. The house is newly painted and has a new carpet throughout, and has a communal kitchen/dining room that has french doors leading into a small tidy garden. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has two showers and a bath. The house in general has a bright and homely feel.
