Double Bedroom in a cosy home

Property is located in a quiet estate only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and University, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but still close enough to commute easily. The house is fully furnished and is constructed as a three bedroom ‘Town House’ in a quiet family estate. The rooms I rent are the two double bedrooms on the middle floor, both offering a double bed, large fitted/ stand alone furniture with lots of storage space for clothes and personnel items. I’ve recently modernised one of the bedrooms with a featured slate wall and have fixed a wall mounted 40” Smart TV with your own Sky box.

A large separate bathroom is shared between the two rooms. Boasting a full wall mirror, shower and bath facilities. A shared Living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen leading onto a low maintenance decked garden with outdoor kitchenette BBQ (which is quite the sun trap during the summer months), Hot-tub. A washing machine & condenser drying facilities are available on the ground floor.

I am looking for another professional working tenant(s) or respectful student. Previous tenants have been police officers, medical practitioners that worked varied shift patterns, or Uni Students studying for their PhD so I am understanding to my tenants professional requirements and shift patterns. I am a live in landlord but I tend to work away on occasion which is why I am looking for someone trustworthy to look after my home when I am working away.

Property is close to local amenities and close to main bus routes to Plymstock, Plympton and Derriford. Adjacent with cycle and running routes to the Embankment and Saltram Park for those who are active. A great modern house in a friendly family based area. There is public parking at the front of the property but can be very much first come first served. I am happy for the tenant to use my private parking space when I am working away.

Sky broadband Wifi is available, a must see cozy home. I like to think I provide not just a room but a home and it’s been positive so far. It’s worth a visit.
