The room is a characterful, large ground floor room in period terrace house, situated in Conservation Area of Stoke - friendly neighbourhood in a quiet road with no through traffic. The room is in a large Grade II listed property which is being gradually and lovingly restored.
The room has great light, and is a double with original wood floors and fireplace; it can be furnished or unfurnished. Also has built-in bookshelves / storage either side of the fireplace.
Sharing recently designed, well-appointed kitchen, ground floor wet room with great shower, and dining/living room. Rear garden. Laundry access or can provide laundry service for a separate charge. House is shared with Professionals, my daughter, and two gorgeous ragdoll cats.
Rent includes bills and fast broadband.
Local area: Close to recently restored Devonport Park/local shopping amenities on Albert Road or in Stoke Village. City centre 2 miles away. Great transport links to city (bus 32 every 15 minutes: Devonport Train Station is 2 mins away and the frequent city bus routes are 5 mins away.
