The house offers spacious accomodation within walking distance to the city centre and university, with the following communal areas:-

Kitchen Lounge, Bathroom, Shower room, 2 x W/Cs and rear courtyard.

The kitchen has just been fitted brand new July/ August 2012.

All rooms come fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes, desk and draws.

The rent includes all utility bills but the following caps apply:-

£500 per quarter for gas and electricity combined
£100 per month for water

Suit either student or young working professional.
