The property is in a quiet area, ample parking outside the property, within walking distance of local amenities, on the main bus route to Plymouth City centre. Derriford hospital is 10 minutes drive, with easy access to the A38.

The open plan kitchen and dining room is spacious, with gas hob, electric cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bills are included (electric, gas, internet, water, etc..)

I am looking for someone who is easy going, and considerate of others. A relaxed house not a party house. TVs are in the bedrooms as an alternative to the shared living room.

‭Deposit is 100 pounds (returned when you leave)plus one week or months rent, payable in advance. Short lets considered. Sorry no children or pets.
