Double room for rent

Hi, I'm a 35 year old easy going chilled out female who likes food, fitness and wine and I'm looking to rent my double room to a normal, tidy, considerate and friendly male or female. I'm usually away Mon-Fri and also the occasional weekend so you'll have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
There's unlimited broadband and virgin Tv.

The room for rent is a double bedroom which has a comfy double bed, wardrobes and bedside draws. The house is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave. The house is located in an estate and is a handy 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk from a Tescos, Lidl and Argos and approx a 10-15 min drive from Derriford hospital. The area is nice and quiet with the neighbours are friendly.
