Large Victorian terrace property in St Judes conveniently close to city centre and local shops with unrestricted parking right outside the front door.

Lovely double bedroom available in fully furnished spacious and friendly house. Other house mates are 2 x male and 1 x female who both work regular 9-5 jobs. We are all easy going, sociable, tidy and easy to get along with, we are ideally looking for like minded people to join our happy household :)

The room has nice modern furniture with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with drawers. The house also has gas central heating.

House comprises of a large communal lounge with large corner sofa (we've got a new one since the photo!), TV (with Virgin) and an open fireplace, bright open plan kitchen diner with dishwasher, 2 large fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space, utility room with tumble drier and washing machine, downstairs toilet,
upstairs bathroom with shower and bath.

Rent includes ALL bills - council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV license, WIFI and virgin.
