The house has two big sitting rooms both with flat screen televisions and dvd players which allows the oppotunity for any lodger to have their own space. The kitchen is well equipped with all 'mod cons'. We have a sizeable walled garden with a pond, plenty of seating and a gas BBQ.
Communal areas are cleaned weekly but you will be responsible for your own room.
The house is within walking distance of the city centre and the dockyard. It is also within easy reach of the Royal William Yard which is an excellent place for eating and drinking .
