Hi, I have a newly refurbished double room available in a large private house in the Stoke/Ford area of central Plymouth. I only ever have a maximum of three tenants, currently only one quiet professional male of 40 years old. All bills are included with the exception of the phone. Wifi and Freeview TV is also included. There is a front garden, and ample on street parking. There is a large shared kitchen and bathroom. The house is equipt with all modern appliances with the exception of a dishwasher. A deposit of £320 and references would be required. The rent is £85. 00 per week payable in advance weekly or 4 weekly. A months notice would be required for vacation. .
The property is about 15 minute walk to the UNI/Town centre, and buses run every 15 minute at the bottom the road into town.
