I have a furnished single room available from 21st March 2021 in a friendly shared house. It includes all bills and high speed wireless broadband internet connection.

Room 4: The room includes a single bed, bedside cabinet, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is on the 1st floor at the rear of the house. It overlooks the garden. The room is available for £275 per month inc bills.

No deposit required, just pay 2 months (the first and last months rent) on signing the Agreement.

It is in a terraced house with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, fully double glazed and communal lounge with leather sofas and 32" flat screen TV. The room is bright and furnished and has french doors overlooking garden. It has a high speed Virgin cable wireless connection.

The house currently has 4 males who are all working professionals (Driver, Delivery Rider, Taxi Driver, Security Guard) There is plenty of un-restricted on street parking available and it is a short walk into town or to Mutley.

The room is available from 21st March 2021, for a minimum stay of 6 months or longer.

I am looking for quiet, clean and tidy, friendly working professionals or students.
