We have 2 furnished double rooms to let in a friendly well maintained house. Furniture includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and tv. The house is located in Greenbank which is only 5 minutes walk to the town centre and university.
On the ground floor there is a communal room with sofa & chairs, smart TV and a dining area leading into the kitchen which has a door to the sunny rear garden. All saucepans and plates etc are provided. Upstairs there are three bathrooms (one only available to the ensuite room) the other two have showers (one also has a bath). The house has high speed broadband (BT Infinity). On street parking is available with a residents parking permit (£30 per annum). All bills included subject to fair usage, inclding Council Tax Band A. The existing tenants are friendly and sociable so are looking for like minded housemates.
