£390 per person per month. (about £90 per week)
The amount includes

• electricity and gas based on reasonable usage
• unlimited 120 MG broadband internet
It also includes a weekly fee for admin and cleaning.

The house has a kitchen-dining room, , two bathrooms with bath and shower, 3 WCs. Its a really good house.

I'm an experienced private landlord - not a letting agent.
No letting fees charged, all my current tenants are very happy!
