Large double room to rent in very quiet house. I am looking for a replacement lodger (female preferred but consider male) in private house. The room is light, bright and in good order with furniture (or not, as required). The rest of the property is well maintained, clean and tidy. You would share bathroom and kitchen with myself only, which are both spacious, clean and tidy. Parking is freely available and the house is set in nice grounds with garden and quiet street. Rent is £340 per calender month and includes all bills (broad band, tv license, council tax etc). Property is located 5 minutes easy bus/car from town center.
I don't mind smokers but outside only please.
