Room located in PL3.

Nice sized, double-bedded room (for single person only) with plenty of storage space. Bedding provided, as is a TV.

South-facing garden including large decking area, shared living space: living room; kitchen (with cupboard, fridge and freezer space); bathroom; lovely conservatory used as dining room.

On-street parking. Two minutes to nearest bus stop into town or about a 30min walk.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV license, council tax) but you will need to provide your own contents insurance and food/drink/beer!

Mon-Fri rent available from Nov 23 2015. Initial 1 month contract and then month by month rolling. One month notice required by either party.

£350 per month. £350 deposit required. Deposit and first months rent by bank transfer. Further rent by standing order. Deposit will be returned by bank transfer.

Fri/Sat/Sun nights sometimes available for £10 a night extra but not guaranteed. To be worked out by prior arrangement.

Wanted: Quiet, friendly, clean&tidy, non-smoking, professional lodger(sorry no DSS). Over 28 years only. Written references required.

About me: I'm a 35 year old professional who works hard and likes to come home to a tidy, chilled house. I'm friendly and sociable but also like my own space. I respect others privacy and possessions and would expect my lodger to do the same. This is my home which I’d like my lodger to feel was their home too.

Although my boyfriend doesn't live with me he is around for tea quite a lot!
