Double room with lots of amenities in Peverell

Hi I'm Matt, 33, live in landlord. I have 2 double rooms to rent in a quiet area of Peverell/ Beacon park. It's a 3 bedroom semi detached house with nearby parking, conservatory, garage, modern kitchen with all amenities, front room with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, small bathroom, and courtyard garden.

Double rooms have double bed with 2 wardrobes, desk, bedside cabinet, shelves, chair, window with curtains. Central heating and Wi-Fi in house.
All bills included (water/ gas/ electric/ council tax/ TV license/ phone and wifi with reasonable usage)

The House has lots of storage in the attic, and house is right by Co-op, pub, post office, bus route to city centre/ Derriford hospital, park, Chinese takeaway, chip shop and Morrison's.

I am looking to rent room to someone who is down to earth, friendly, likes food and has a steady job. I am looking to rent room for a minimum of 6 months if possible.
