My home is a lovely peaceful luxury beach house with the most fantastic sea views and sunsets. It’s an ultra-modern, 3 level house within an exclusive secure gated complex on the Mount Batten peninsula in Plymstock. At Mount Batten it’s like being on holiday with beaches, 3 bars/restaurants, sailing and watersports centre, 2 public slipways, south west coast path, pier, marina and gym. It’s really easy to get to the city centre by water taxi which only takes 3 minutes to the Barbican and runs every half hour for £1. 50. There is also a bus stop right opposite and the route passes the Broadway Shopping Centre and Morrisons to the city centre.

My home has a large sociable kitchen diner tv room with integrated appliances, all mod cons and French doors leading onto a south facing sunny decked garden with patio furniture, palm trees and a barbeque.
