Stunning shared house MUTLEY

Stunning, relaxed house share on the nice side of Mutley, close to all the amenities. We have 1 single room available, the house has just been renovated to a high standard. We are looking for a a respectful working person to share this great property.

About the house and the room:

All bills are inclusive, including the wifi/ internet, the property is supplied with a washing machine and tumble drier, all the rooms have locks fitted to the doors, the bedroom it's self is compact but does have everything you will need, bed, cupboard and chest of drawers. This Easter we have plans to build a decked barbecue area.
